As Commercial Affairs Specialist you will be responsible for delivering the best experience for our customers through excellent market knowledge and a personal and proactive approach and acting as an experienced sales support professional in the facilitation of key services (training, analysis, demand planning, etc.).

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Responsible for supporting the sales team and partners in providing analytical reports.
  • Responsible for communication with customers to deliver high quality service and resolve customer challenges through a personal approach.
  • Monitoring customer orders and providing added value by communicating key information on products, pricing, delivery, availability and features and managing customer orders and taking responsibility for all operational activities required by the customer.
  • Analysis and responsibility for stock levels and working with the supply department to provide key information on deliverability.
  • Data analysis to better understand customers and improve their experience.
  • Preparation of documentation and operational execution of credit notes/debit notes.
  • Providing feedback on process performance to improve departmental performance and monitoring the impact of the work in pharmacies and supporting the implementation of promotional activities through different channels.
  • Researching the non-promo OTC market in pharmacies to identify new opportunities.

What You Will Bring To The Role

  • University degree in Pharmacy or other relevant field of Natural sciences.
  • Slovenian (native) and fluent in English.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Driving license, Category B.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work, experience in a similar position.
