Our office is at The Office, Cluj-Napoca, offering a collaborative and dynamic workspace, including access to our dedicated testing lab to validate and fine-tune your work in production-like conditions.

PURPOSE

As a Graduate Software Engineering you’ll be part of an exciting journey to build and maintain cloud-based and on-premises solutions for the aviation sector. You’ll contribute to creating reliable and secure systems for operations such as passenger validation at airports.

In This Role, You’ll Have The Opportunity To

• Write quality code following industry best practices, ensuring readability, maintainability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the team to implement secure and scalable software solutions, leveraging Microsoft Azure tools and modern frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews and apply standards that prioritize clean architecture, modular design, and error-free development.
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and debug code for applications used in aviation systems.
• Work and collaborate with experienced developers.
• Contribute to application testing, performance optimization, and system monitoring.
• Test and validate your solutions in a dedicated lab environment, simulating production-like conditions.
• Adhere to best practices for clean code e.g. modularity and reusability.
• Participate in code reviews and learn how to produce robust and efficient solutions.
• Gain exposure to industry best practices in agile development, cloud computing, and security standards.
  
  
  

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Develop and debug code for applications used in aviation systems.
• Work and collaborate with experienced developers.

• Test and validate your solutions in a dedicated lab environment, simulating production-like conditions.
• Adhere to best practices for clean code e.g. modularity and reusability.
• Participate in code reviews and learn how to produce robust and efficient solutions.
• Hands-on experience with modern technologies like Azure Cloud, .NET Framework, and SQL Server.
• Gain exposure to industry best practices in agile development, cloud computing, and security standards
  
  
  

Education & Qualifications

• Must have a degree or working towards a degree at Hons level in an IT/Engineering discipline.
• Must obtain your degree by July 2025 or in the 48 months previous.
• Must have less than 12 months’ post graduate experience, excluding undergraduate placement/ internship experience.
• Must be eligible to work in Romania without the need for a work permit / sponsorship.
• Working knowledge in any software programming language.
• Provide examples of creating a potential solution to a problem. i.e. Design Thinking or Prototyping
