✍️WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

• Working with stakeholders to understand the business problem they're trying to solve and the as-is landscape.

• Collaborating with others and analyzing large unstructured, previously unseen datasets to source and build understanding of relevant data.

• Building advanced SQL scripts to connect data from across our data lake to analyze and validate data mappings.

• Identifying data anomalies and data quality issues and ensuring these are handled or flagged appropriately.

• Choosing and deploying appropriate analytical and statistical techniques to understand issues, identify trends and forecast performance.

• Working with architecture and technical (engineering) teams where required to develop robust, automated solutions for regular data and insights needs.

• Working in an agile manner, ensuring the outputs required are in line with stakeholder expectations and delivered on-time.

• Developing outputs to summarize analytical findings clearly for stakeholders

• Interacting with various levels within the organization, from entry level team members to senior management.

🧐 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Years' experience: minimum 5 years in a similar role

• Fluent English

• Experience of translating business problems into data solutions, adopting the most appropriate tools and techniques for the job.

• Good understanding of financial services business concepts and key metrics.

• Knowledge of mathematical and statistical concepts and when to apply these.

• Identifies research and reports on beneficial data usage opportunities in different departments or environments.

• Strong analytical skills including:

1. Ability to provide observations and comment.

2. Wider-thinking and problem solving – identifying and delivering reporting through own initiative.

3. Utilizing the data to build out a compelling narrative for stakeholders.

4. Understanding of the change management process.
