Job Description

As a Data Scientist, you will focus on developing high-quality AI solutions that meet our business needs and technological standards. A Data Scientist possesses a solid technical foundation, problem-solving aptitude, and a passion for contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Focus is the data science scope of the product where to contribute to the short- and long-term agenda
• Collaborate with other products, supporting teams and business stakeholders
• Focus on individual contribution where you work independently and collaborate closely with other roles in the product team, i.e. DA, MLE, DE, etc
• Strong foundation in analytics, mathematical modeling, computer science, and math
• Moderate business understanding related to scope of the product and novice business understanding in general
• You solve complex problems by turning vast amounts of data into business insights through advanced analytics, modeling and machine learning
• Independently work involving exploring large data sets, trying out new algorithms, feature engineering, testing and evaluating model outputs, deploying the solutions for production usage and scale up
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Applicable working experience or Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages (Python, SQL, etc.).
• Theoretical and applied knowledge in statistics.
• Theoretical and applied knowledge in machine learning.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with production grade software development.
• Takes clear ownership of deliverables.
