Your Role

As a Product Designer at Atlas Copco, you will play a crucial role in our digital marketing and sales team. You will be responsible for designing user-centered solutions that enhance our B2B platforms, including product configurators, our website, and other digital tools. Your work will involve creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups, while maintaining and evolving our multi-brand design system. Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, you will ensure that our digital platforms are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with the latest market practices.

To succeed, you will need

• Understand business needs and continuously gather user feedback.
• Create and maintain design systems across multiple brands.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and market practices.
• Integrate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into your designs.
• Be proficient in Figma and have experience in prototyping and design handoff.
• Have a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
• Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design ideas clearly.
• Be self-organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Think creatively and critically to solve design challenges.
• Follow up with KPIs to ensure that your design recommendations are contributing to business goals and improving user experience.
