About The Role

We are looking for a Security Specialist to join the Technical Assessments and Cloud Security (TACS) service unit at DNV Cyber. This position is based in Finland. You will be joining a team of security specialists advising DNV Cyber clients as they rely on us to find vulnerabilities in their networks, systems and applications.

Your main task is to perform security assessments against different types of applications, systems and networks. In addition, you will have an opportunity to work with some very security-minded colleagues and clients.

Most of your daily work will revolve around security assessments where the following tasks are expected:

  • Identify vulnerabilities in applications, systems and networks.
  • Document the vulnerabilities by describing them, providing reproduction and remediation steps and classifying their severity according to industry standards.
  • Ensure project deadlines are met, and clients are kept up to date on meeting project milestones.
  • Interact with customers in a collaborative, consultative manner to deliver world-class results.

The preferred location is Finland, but we are open to considering other European locations for the right candidate.

Required Skills

  • Solid expertise in application security.
  • Relevant security certifications in areas such as:
    • Application Security: OSWA, OSWE, GWAPT, GMOB
    • Penetration Testing: OSCP, OSEE, GPEN, GXPN, Crest CRP
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently for on-site projects at customer premises in the Caucasus region.
  • Proficiency in the local language of the preferred location.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Development background or experience with manual code analysis.
  • University degree in cybersecurity or a related field.
