DevOps Engineer

Role - Mid Devops Engineer with global leader in IT services, consulting, and business process solutions

Location: Warsaw, Poland (Remote) Should be based out of Poland only

Job Description:

AWS Infrastructure Management:

•Assist in the management, configuration, and maintenance of AWS services including:

•EC2, EKS, ECR, S3, KMS, VPC, SageMaker, and CloudWatch.

•Support network configurations within AWS VPC, including security groups, subnets, and transit gateways.

•Monitor and respond to AWS CloudWatch alerts to maintain system health and performance.

Infrastructure Automation:

•Collaborate in the development and maintenance of infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.

•Assist in the creation and maintenance of reusable Terraform modules for AWS resources.

Containerization and Orchestration:

•Participate in the management of containerized workloads using Kubernetes (EKS).

•Assist with implementing and troubleshooting service mesh solutions with Istio.

•Maintain container registries (ECR) and ensure optimized image management.

CI/CD and Deployment Automation:

•Support the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline configuration using tools like Argo CD and Jenkins.

•Assist in automating deployments to ensure efficient and error-free delivery of new features and updates.

Monitoring and Observability:

•Support the development and configuration of monitoring solutions using AWS CloudWatch and other observability tools such as Datadog.

•Implement and maintain logging and alerting frameworks to ensure system uptime and performance.

Security and Compliance:

•Assist in managing encryption and security keys through AWS KMS.

•Support compliance with security best practices, ensuring AWS environments are secure, up-to-date, and compliant with internal policies and standards.

•Assist with vulnerability management, remediation, and associated processes
