Role Description

We are looking for a Lead Game Developer to oversee technical development, mentor developers, and improve our overall game development pipeline. If you love solving technical challenges and enjoy leading teams to build high-quality games, we’d love to hear from you!

Technical Leadership:

• Architect, develop, and optimize game systems, tools, and gameplay mechanics in Unity.

• Establish coding standards, enforce best practices, and conduct regular code reviews.

• Troubleshoot and debug performance issues to ensure smooth gameplay.

• Oversee game optimization for multiple platforms, including mobile and PC.

• Collaborate with game designers and artists to ensure seamless integration of assets and mechanics.

Team Management & Mentorship:

• Lead and mentor a team of game developers, providing guidance and technical expertise.

• Facilitate team collaboration, problem-solving, and knowledge sharing.

• Identify and resolve technical roadblocks within the development process.

• Help developers grow by providing constructive feedback and training opportunities.

Project Management & Pipeline Improvement:

• Work closely with producers and designers to ensure project timelines are met.

• Improve and streamline development workflows, automation, and iteration speed.

• Ensure games are built with scalable and maintainable codebases.

• Participate in sprint planning, roadmap discussions, and tech strategy decisions.

Qualifications

• Mobile Game Development and Programming skills
• Experience in Level Design
• Deep understanding of game architecture, physics, rendering, AI, and networking.
• Experience with performance optimization (memory management, CPU/GPU profiling).
• Knowledge of multiplayer networking, animation systems, UI frameworks, and gameplay mechanics.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with third-party SDKs (Ad networks, payment systems, cloud services).
• Familiarity with shader programming (HLSL, Shader Graph) or procedural generation.
