Data Analyst

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Type of contract: fixed term contract of employment/ contract of mandatory, full time or part time

Length of contract: 3 months, with a strong possibility of extension and conversion to Business Analyst.

Pay rate: negotiable

Work model: hybrid, (first 1–3 weeks: 5 days/week on-site, afterward: 1 mandatory on-site day per week -Monday).

We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated individual to join our Consulting Services team. The role involves conducting strategic analyses within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector, contributing to client deliverables, and supporting business decisions with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic analyses as part of the Consulting Services team.
• Prepare quantitative and qualitative assessments of the pharmaceutical sector and key industry players.
• Support the development of strategic recommendations based on research and data analysis.
• Create sections of reports, presentations, and other client deliverables.
• Proactively develop industry knowledge, including proprietary data sources.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn about the pharmaceutical & healthcare industry.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in Polish and English (mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel (must-have).
• Analytical skills (must be highlighted in the CV).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Educational background in pharmaceuticals, such as a degree in Pharmacy.
