Title: Manager - Business Excellence & Governance

Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Description:

This is a strategic and operational support role designed to drive the execution of key initiatives, ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders, and support senior leadership in achieving divisional objectives. The role serves as a trusted advisor, facilitator, and problem-solver, enhancing decision-making, operational efficiency, and governance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Support senior leadership in executing strategic initiatives related to business excellence, governance, and process improvement.
• Monitor and track progress on strategic goals, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Oversee performance tracking and reporting mechanisms, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Executive Support & Stakeholder Management:

• Act as a liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and executive briefings for leadership and governance committees.
• Represent senior leadership in meetings, decision-making forums, and key business engagements as required.

Leadership & Organizational Development:

• Serve as a sounding board to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on key initiatives.
• Drive change management efforts and ensure the smooth execution of transformation programs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Governance, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in strategy, operations, business excellence, or governance roles, preferably within regulated industries or sectors with similar complexity.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and drive strategic outcomes.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, including engagement with C-suite executives.
