In this role, you will be required to maintain technical support for Drilling and completion fluids in Norway.

As a Lead Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing technical support to Drilling and completion fluids operations to support internal teams and external customers.
• Providing guidance to planning of upcoming projects
• Overseeing the Product and system development to cover the technology need for Norway.
• Developing of products and systems required for running drilling and completion fluids operations
• Providing guidance and follow up on laboratory projects and laboratory work
• Conducting day to day operational QA support for the Lab team.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will

• Have a BSc (or a high school diploma / GED with prior experience in Services). Ideally with experience in Technical Support.
• Have products and systems knowledge in the running drilling and completion fluids operations.
• Have excellent communication skills and be able to explain complex technical information to customers in both English and Norwegian
