About the Role & Opportunity

We are looking for a Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI to join our AI team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, business intelligence, and data modeling, with a proven ability to translate complex datasets into meaningful insights. You will work on a variety of projects involving dashboard creation, data integration, and performance analysis to support business objectives.

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision-making.
• Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Optimize and enhance Power BI reports for performance and scalability.
• Implement data modeling best practices and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Automate data workflows and develop ETL processes to streamline reporting.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and Power BI.
• Provide training and support to business users on Power BI tools and best practices.
• Implement security measures for all deployments to guard against unauthorized access, risks, potential breaches.
• Ensure Data models comply with ethics and compliance rules of the company.
• Maintain clear documentation of data models, reports, and processes to ensure proper data governance and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.
• Continuously monitor the performance of dashboards and reports, identifying and resolving any performance bottlenecks.

About the Skills, Education & Experience Required

To be considered for this role you will need to have at least 3-8 years of experience as a Data Analyst and AI, preferably with IT Services companies in following industries: Information Technology & Software Development.

• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Experience working with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices and KPI reporting.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
