Senior Fullstack Engineer - Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative web and mobile applications using React, React Native, and Python, ensuring high performance, reliability, and user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless development process, from ideation to deployment.
  • Design and build efficient, reusable, and scalable full-stack solutions that meet user needs and business requirements.
  • Take ownership of application performance, ensuring fast load times, smooth user interactions, and an intuitive UI/UX.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage technical debt while balancing speed, quality, and functionality.
  • Tackle complex technical challenges related to web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless integration with back-end systems and optimal performance across devices and platforms.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and provide mentorship to junior developers.
  • Contribute to the overall technical direction and architecture of the product in collaboration with the engineering team.
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows, improve development efficiency, and enhance product capabilities.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Over 5 years in full-stack development, with significant expertise in React, React Native, and Python.
  • Backend Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in frameworks such as Django or FastAPI. Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS is a plus.
  • Frontend & Mobile Skills: Expertise in React, React Native, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience with performance optimization techniques and mobile CI/CD pipelines.
  • AI & Automation Tools: Experience with AI tools to enhance development efficiency and streamline processes.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex technical problems and deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Product Focus: A user-first mindset and the ability to understand complex business requirements to design and implement high-impact solutions.
  • Team Player: Collaborative, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in fintech, marketplaces, or high-growth startups is a significant advantage.
  • Tools & Technologies: Familiarity with tools like Git, Jira, and version control systems. Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus.
