In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and delivering high quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with development architects, clients, and business analysts to build efficient solutions leveraging the appropriate technology stack
• Develop web applications and components based on a Java/React technology stack
• Understand the architecture and functional sub-components within overall application platform
• Participate in complete software lifecycle – analysis, design, develop, test, and deploy solutions
• Be in sync with the tools and processes available firmwide
• Take ownership of project and deliverables

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Web Technologies (React, Typescript, node JS, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap)
• Integrating the REST APIs in the UI
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology
• A very strong communicator awith the ability to interface directly with clients and analysts to ensure technical requirements and delivery align with expectations
• A good understanding of Agile/Scrum and ability to deliver solutions under this methodology
• At least hands-on web application development utilizing Java for Web Development purposes
• Hands on experience with strong interest and aptitude for computer application design, development, and maintenance
• Ability to utilize technology/design to provide business solutions, adapting new technologies based on the project requirement
• Experience with MVC patterned applications using JavaScript frameworks and working with front end development teams, preferably in React/Typescript
• Strong analytical and design skills, including the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and effective technical designs that work well within large-scale, well-structured enterprise environments
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and document the root cause of issues, and effectively communicate possible resolutions
• Effective communication, presentation, and collaboration skills

Ideal Candidate

Prefer a local candidate as the final round of interview will be a F2F interview with the client in Montreal. Also, a candidate should have a valid work authorization to work in Montreal, QC. The candidate should be willing to work on Hybrid from day one onsite from Montreal. Candidates' location should be in Cananda (will not consider candidates outside Canada as there will be a F2F interview as well.). We are open to consider candidates who are non- local, but they should be willing to come down for a F2F interview to Montreal, QC.

On the experience look for candidates who have worked on large scale application and have good hands-on project exp. of react, Redux, React hooks, Java Script, HTML, CSS. Candidates with any backed exp. will be preferred like Java, Python etc.
