Enterprise Integration Architect (Open Banking)

The Senior Specialist will join the Enterprise Integration team, focusing on Open Banking initiatives. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions, primarily Open Banking APIs, while ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient data exchange between the bank and third-party providers. The position requires technical leadership, project delivery management, and continuous improvement to meet business objectives.

1. System Integration & Development:

• Develop and maintain Open Banking APIs and integrations.
• Manage API gateways and troubleshoot integration issues.

1. Technical Leadership:

• Provide mentorship to junior team members.
• Define technical strategies and ensure code quality.

1. Project Delivery:

• Lead the delivery of integration projects, managing timelines, scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and resolve technical issues.

1. Innovation & Improvement:

• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative solutions.
• Drive process improvements and the adoption of agile and DevOps practices.

1. Compliance & Security:

• Ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., PSD2, GDPR) and implement security measures.
• Conduct security assessments and audits.

1. Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (Master's preferred).
• Experience: 5-7 years in enterprise integration and Open Banking APIs, with knowledge of Open Banking standards (OAuth2, PSD2).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#; experience with API management platforms; knowledge of DevOps and database management.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
