Responsibilities:
Manage delivery of large complex orders for Business customers, ensuring adherence to time, cost, and quality standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring order fulfillment within committed timelines.
Develop detailed delivery plans, utilizing planning and analysis tools to ensure successful delivery.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to track and monitor progress of order fulfillment.
Monitor and control performance of all managed deliveries, identifying and managing risks and issues proactively.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical delivery, ideally within the Telecommunications industry for large and complex scenarios, preferably to B2B customers for Fiber infrastructure, MPLS technologies, Infrastructure security, Data center .. etc
Project Management experience with large and complex scenarios is essential.
High level of IT literacy and ability to understand complex business processes and technical environments.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Telecommunications.
Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince 2, or other) is required.
Preferably ITIL V.3 Expert Certification.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint & Project)
