UI/UX Designer

Company Overview

Masonry Group is a company specializing in creating innovative solutions for the construction industry in North America. We are in the process of developing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system tailored specifically for the construction sector.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a strong background in designing complex systems like CRM/ERP/SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about problem-solving, experienced in handling large-scale design projects, and adept at working both independently and in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement design feedback from Figma comments and update existing layouts to simplify platform complexity.
• Collaborate with project manager, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless design-to-development handoff.
• Contribute to the design and development of new modules including equipment tracking, work order, and service order systems.
• Create intuitive, user-friendly dashboards and interfaces that effectively organize complex data with advanced reporting and filtering capabilities.
• Leverage UX research and surveys to determine essential features versus optional enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex design challenges independently while maintaining design quality and consistency.
  
  

General Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in designing complex systems (CRM/ERP/SaaS) with a portfolio of relevant projects.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proven experience working independently on large projects and within team settings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex design issues.
• Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with team members and stakeholders.
