Product Manager

We are hiring Product Manager

Experience: 10+ years

Location: Pune

Must Have skills: He/ she should be technically sound on mobile development skills. (aOS/iOS).

In this role, you will be:

• Working with the TPM discipline in building of roadmap and vision for products across the mobile platforms.
• Working with engineering pods, TPM, and Tech leads to deliver and iterate on new platform products.
• Responsible for the on-going success & continuous improvement of the product/platform.
• Accountable for product quality and ensuring development meets product standards while achieve agreed OKRs and KPIs.
• Providing in-depth analysis and understanding of the problem space and define the appropriate technical solution that is strategic and deliverable.
• Providing requirements to engineering pods through engagement with a wide range of Business and technical stakeholders.
• Manage tech debt and total cost of ownership for product
• Ensuring NFRs including service resilience, service sustainability, scalability, integration, extendibility and recovery time objectives are met for all the software solutions delivered.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance of the products and services with mandatory and regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Experience in Product management; Software product lifecycle management, roadmap, product vision, etc.
• Experience in the following environment: mobile, or tablet digital platforms
• Experience in DevOps processes
• Good understanding of lean and agile methods of software delivery.
• Good communication skills for navigating through business requirements, differences of opinion on approach.
• speak conversational English, or keen to grow.
• Able to build strong and lasting relationships across stakeholder groups.
• Able to influence engineering teams without direct leadership authority.
• Able to share responsibility for key decision making with a team, while accepting responsibility to drive internal decision-making processes.
• Ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines and units within the organisation.

Desirable knowledge/ skills:

• sAFE framework, Agile and scrum methodology
• JIRA and confluence skills
• Experience of Coding in any language, being able to read and understand code.
• Cloud platforms and architectures
