The team

Carv.com was founded by an experienced team that has previously built and exited a disruptive recruitment technology company. After the founders saw firsthand how AI could change the dynamics within an organization, the initial idea for Carv was born. You will be joining a dynamic and collaborative team of professionals with diverse backgrounds and expertise who are passionate about building a product soon to be used by millions of users. What You Will Be Doing

• Develop comprehensive product plans; collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders on these. Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on business goals, market research, and user feedback.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time, using agile ways of working to do so. You will work closely with the design lead and technical architect in shaping product features and functionality; the rest of the product and engineering team throughout our sprint cadence; and marketing on releases.
• Maintain a big-picture perspective while managing day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced environment. Analyze quantitative product performance metrics and qualitative user feedback together with customer success to inform product and process improvements.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, users, and team members to facilitate collaboration and alignment.
