Responsibilities
- Project Management:
- Develop and maintain project management methodologies and best practices
- Oversee retail Store planning, execution, monitoring, and closure to ensure successful delivery and performance of the stores in coordination with all functions
- Highlight risk to CEO and Business Director
- Business Strategy:
- Assist in preparing the development of organization's strategic plans and objectives
- CEO Advisory:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive meetings
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate and manage to ensure seamless communication and implementation of strategic initiatives
