Role Overview: Product Manager - Payments

As a Product Manager for Payments, you will oversee the development, enhancement, and management of our payment terminal portfolio and its supporting software applications. Your goal is to drive innovation, enhance user experience, and ensure payment reliability for merchants and their customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop a vision for our payment terminals, payment application, and tipping product set, aligning with market needs.
• Prioritisation & Agile Execution: Manage the product backlog, lead product discovery, and ensure efficient development processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, translating customer requirements into actionable product solutions.
• Innovation & Market Research: Stay informed on industry advancements and identify enhancement opportunities with emerging technologies.
• Compliance & Testing: Oversee testing processes and ensure all products meet regulatory standards.
• Customer Experience: Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience within the payments or POS industry Product.
• Strong problem-solving skills and passion for UX/UI design.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on creating intuitive and efficient solutions.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) for collaboration with international partners.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate customer needs into actionable product improvements.
