As a Product Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in understanding user needs and turning insights into seamless, effective experiences. You'll be deeply involved in the entire product development process—ensuring we solve real problems for real people, not just creating outputs. Working within a cross-functional Product Squad, you’ll have full ownership of design and usability, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders across the business. Your Daily Quest:

• Support Product Discovery & User Research: gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Analyse Research & Analytics Data: translate data into actionable insights to improve user experiences.
• Map Customer/User Journeys & Workflows: identify pain points and opportunities for optimization.
• Lead Design Workshops & Ideation: drive collaborative, innovative design sessions.
• Iterative Design Refinement: create designs from rough concepts to high-fidelity, build-ready solutions.
• Interactive Prototyping & Usability Testing: build prototypes and validate designs with users.
• Ownership of Design Within Your Squad: ensure designs are aligned with user needs and provide usable solutions.

The Secret Sauce (key skills and experiences):

• Previous Digital Product / UX Design Experience with proven track record of delivering high-quality designs (excluding study-related placements).
• Previous experience in B2B (business-focused products) & Technical Products
• Design related degree or equivalent proven experience
• An expert in Research, Interaction Design, Visual/UI Design, and Prototyping
• Proficiency in Figma: and comfortable with industry-standard design tools
• Experience in working with or creating design systems
• Portfolio: A showcase of your best work and process from concept to delivery.

Desirable skills:

• Previous Tech & Telecom Sector Experience
• Cross-functional Agile Experience: familiarity with working in Agile Product Squads
