We now recruit Information Security Manager

As an Information Security Manager, you will make a difference and build a new IT environment to support quickly growing Elisa Industriq (EIQ) businesses.

In this key position, you will join a growing international team and report to Head of Industriq IT. Your closest colleagues will be the IT and development departments along with business functions in different Industriq companies globally. However, in a matrix, you will be working in close cooperation with Elisa Group Cybersecurity department and other subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Start as building the EIQ cybersecurity function, and in longer term, build a small team
• Develop and implement a mid-to-long-term cyber security roadmap in collaboration with Elisa CISO Office
• Develop and maintain an incident response plan to address and mitigate security incidents promptly
• Establish and maintain Industriq Group level incident management process
• Select and manage MSSPs jointly with Elisa CISO Office
• Oversee security policies and controls across the Industriq companies
• Collaborate with leadership to align cyber security strategies with business objectives
• Support IDS IT teams and business in their functional needs within the domain
• Project Manager for key projects for the team
  
  

Background

• Minimum of 5 year of working in cyber security, information security or similar
• Minimum of 5 year of experience leading a global team
• Knowledge of current regulations and standards (ISO27001, NIS2...)
• Work experience from a software company (M&A experience ideal)
• Solid knowhow and experience in risk-based security approaches, policy management, incident management, and security tool selection
• Ability to work strategically while also managing day-to-day security operations
• Capability of producing visually good quality documents with a clear messaging
• Bachelor's or a higher degree, e.g. in information security, engineering or computer science
• Willingness to travel max 10%
