We seek a Senior Product Designer motivated by the opportunity to learn from an exceptional team and deliver delightful customer experiences—a ground-floor opportunity in a design-driven company. What You'll Do

• Scale Translucent products to thousands of customers
• Sweat the details, strive for simplicity, and tie together interconnected projects to make complex financial and accounting tasks approachable
• Be obsessed with experimenting and measuring our path to success
• Work in a small, cross-functional, dynamic team with partners in business operations, marketing, sales, product and engineering
• Lead the design across the organisation by example
  
  
  

Requirements

What You Need

• A minimum of five years of designing and shipping solutions is preferred
• Track record of delivering high-quality products and features at scale
• Ability to turn and create business and product ideas into pragmatically designed solutions
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow and master your craft
• Understanding of the tools that power great design
• Share your portfolio contextual to fintech and/or the density of information presented.

• Salary: Up to £95k p.a. + option package
• Holidays: 23 days p.a. + the days between Christmas and New Year + Local public holidays
