Senior Product Manager

Exciting fully remote opportunity for Senior Product Managers in Germany (Integrations experience needed)

📍 Location: Fully remote in Germany. The preferred location is Berlin or Munich.

💰 Salary: €100k - €130k dependent on experience

Job Responsibilities:

• The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with the integrations team on the existing product, developing API integrations with third-party systems.
• This is a highly technical role where the Product Manager (PM) will work closely with internal and customer technical teams to identify pain points, provide solutions, and enhance HiveMQ product capabilities.
• The PM will engage in architectural discussions with technical stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Ideally, 5-8 years of experience as a Product Manager with a background in software development and prior experience as a Software Engineer/QA.
• Must be skilled in problem discovery and capable of engaging in architectural discussions with internal and external technical stakeholders.
• Experience in a B2B environment is required.
• Experience working with distributed systems, developer tooling, infrastructure, or database sectors.

Nice to have:

• Experience with messaging infrastructure is advantageous.
• Soft skills: The ideal candidate should be easy going, innovative, motivated, extroverted, passionate, humble, and possess excellent communication skills.
