🚀 Your Daily Business – No two days are alike

• Take ownership for the design, training, evaluation, and deployment of our deep learning models in the space of speech recognition and NLP
• The models you build and refine are at the heart of our applications and directly impact the end-user
• You'll get to engineer large self-supervised trainings as well as fast inference for mobile devices and hosted environments
  
  

🤝 Your Skillset – What You Bring To The Table

• Several years production experience with Python and deep learning frameworks (preferably PyTorch)
• Experience in speech recognition or NLP & transformer models (TTS, STT)
• Best practices in software engineering come second-nature to you, like Git, Testing, Docker, Clean-code, etc.
• You speak business fluent English (C1 minimum) to communicate effectively with our team and customers
• Nice to have: German language skills would be a bonus
