Business Intelligence Specialist - remote in Ireland

We are seeking a BI Specialist for a 3 month day rate contract with a top company in Ireland that is mainly remote and possibility for extension.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Design, build, and deploy scalable BI solutions and reporting tools
• Perform thorough unit testing and troubleshooting
• Evaluate and optimize existing BI systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems
• Create and execute complex database queries and analyses
• Develop compelling visualizations and reports for key projects
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BI Expert
• Proficiency with BI technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Sisense BI)
• Advanced knowledge of SQL queries, SSRS, and SSIS
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and innovate
• Sharp analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
