Now, we’re looking for a Lead React Engineer or React Lead to join our team and take our projects to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical vision for front-end projects, ensuring alignment with high-level business goals and translating them into innovative, scalable solutions.
• Lead by example: Conduct thorough code reviews, uphold development standards, and foster a collaborative engineering culture.
• Mentor and coach team members, empowering them to grow in their roles while maintaining high team performance.
• Own the front-end architecture, approve technical concepts, and provide clear direction to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver robust, scalable, and user-focused solutions.
• Spearhead the evaluation and adoption of new libraries, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve engineering workflows.
• Drive mobile strategy with React Native integration to deliver seamless experiences across platforms.
• Lead Agile processes such as Scrum or Kanban, as needed, to align team efforts and deliver exceptional results.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in web and mobile applications, especially within distributed systems.
• Advocate for testing best practices, implementing unit, integration, and end-to-end (e2e) tests to ensure software quality.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative technologies that elevate our processes and products.
• Ensure accessibility, customer focus, and usability in all solutions while championing documentation automation for efficiency.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of front-end development experience with a primary focus on React.
• Extensive experience with React Native (highly preferred).
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript.
• Proven experience working with distributed systems (cloud and on-premises).
• Strong ability to optimize application performance for both web and mobile platforms.
• Demonstrated success leading front-end teams or being a key technical contributor.
• Familiarity with form generation systems (e.g., React Hook Form, Formik).
• Skilled in building and maintaining custom design systems.
• Broad knowledge of libraries, frameworks, and tools for solving industry-standard challenges.
• Proficiency in testing frameworks, including unit, integration, and e2e testing.

• Knowledge of deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with integrating AI tools and features into front-end solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Expertise in implementing accessibility features and ensuring WCAG compliance.
• Understanding of security best practices, including authentication and authorization.

Salary Range

Gross salary: up to €7500
