The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Web Project Manager to oversee and deliver outstanding e-commerce website projects for our Shopify clients. You’ll manage workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects that enhance client success. Starting at 30 hours/week, with growth to 40 hours/week, this role offers an annual compensation of €20,000–€26,000, based on experience.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee e-commerce website projects from concept to completion.

• Work with designers, developers, and strategists to ensure smooth communication and project execution.

• Create and manage schedules to deliver projects on time and within scope.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and managing expectations.

• Review deliverables to ensure they meet client goals and Fuelerate standards.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of project management, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.

• Familiarity with Shopify and website development processes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, with near-native English proficiency.

• Experience with tools like ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com for project management.
