• Demonstrate healthy modern engineering practices by developing clean, well-tested, and well-refactored code with the team, shipping it into production at least daily.
• Facilitate design and architecture brainstorms.
• Manage product technical backlog and dependencies.
• Customize our product, according to the client's needs.
• Lead by example, encouraging culture and a pragmatic engineering attitude.

TECHNOLOGIES: .NET Framework, C#, JavaScript, Node.js, Keycloak, Azure, Kubernetes, MSSql, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Elastic.

BACKGROUND: Technical leadership experience, you have been leading small to medium tech teams.

LOCATION: Ljubljana or Maribor.

Who are we looking for?

Expertise with a drive to learn who is interested in working and developing/designing enterprise applications by using best practices and modern tools. You’ll work (help) on us on out journey on cloud transformation.

What you need to be successful:

• Love for continuous improvements of existing processes and business flows.
• Ability to identify repeatable processes and automate them quickly.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise application development using various technologies.
• Strong proficiency with databases.
• Common sense so you can quickly establish the logical connection between different key factors.
• Excellent English knowledge.

The following skills would be nice to have, but are not formal requirements:

• Experience with Scrum methodology and Agile tools (e.g. JIRA); experience in insurance or other financial services is a plus.
• Being familiar with the insurance processes.
• BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Technical leadership experience, you have been leading small to medium tech teams is a plus.
