  • Park Operations: Imagine thousands of guests during peak season, all looking for an unforgettable experience. As a Product Owner, you empower our park operations teams to deliver just that. By developing smart digital solutions, you optimize planning, logistics, and on-site management ensuring everything runs smoothly, from queue management to staff coordination.
  • Guest & Marketing: You bring our story to life, using the best digital tools to inspire and attract guests. Through personalized experiences, smart loyalty programs, and automated marketing campaigns, you make the customer journey more engaging and effective, driving excitement and conversions.
  • Technical Web/App: You thrive on delivering top-quality digital experiences, even in the busiest moments. During peak season, our platforms must perform flawlessly, fast, reliable, and bug-free. Your mission? To optimize our website and apps, ensuring seamless bookings and fast performance, so every guest enjoys a smooth digital journey.
  • Finance & HR: With 6,000 employees keeping everything running daily, a modern Finance & HR platform is essential. The foundation is in place, but the challenge is to take it to the next level. By refining processes and enhancing efficiency, you help teams plan smarter, work more effectively, and drive strategic growth.


As a Product Owner, you will define the product vision and strategy in collaboration with our partners, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals and market needs. In addition to your Product Owner responsibilities, you will also take on a Project Manager role, overseeing the planning and execution of initiatives to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. You will own the product roadmap by creating and maintaining a strategic plan that outlines key milestones, development timelines, and enhancements.

Additionally, you will manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility, and coordinate with outsourced development partners to align with these priorities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into actionable user stories, ensuring both the development team and project timelines remain on track. In addition, you will be responsible for:


  • Oversee product testing, provide feedback, and ensure outsourced teams meet agreed-upon quality standards before release.
  • Analyze user feedback and performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
  • Lead engagement with outsourcing partners, managing performance and contract execution.

Requirements & qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years of professional experience in digital product development and enhancement.
  • Proven track record in managing outsourced development teams and vendor partnerships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Product Management, Agile methodologies, or related areas are a plus.
  • Solid understanding of IT systems, software development processes, and digital technologies relevant to hospitality.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms and hospitality-specific technologies (e.g., property management systems, booking engines, guest experience platforms).
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess product performance, user needs, and market opportunities.
  • Ability to manage product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and strategic development plans.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder collaboration, including gathering and translating business requirements into actionable user stories.

  • Travel reimbursement in line with the Landal travel reimbursement policy (€ 0.23 per km with a maximum of 40 km one way). When commuting by public transport, your travel costs are fully reimbursed, as Landal encourages employees to commute to the office by public transport;

  • Participation in the Recreation Pension Fund, with the premium for old-age pension amounting to 21.8% of the pension base, equally contributed by Landal and yourself;

A full-time employment contract at Landal consists of a 38-hour workweek, equivalent to a 5-day workweek. If you have a part-time contract, your salary and vacation days will be calculated proportionally.
