DevOps Engineer

At SGF we are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join an amazing company in Portugal that provides consulting services across a broad range of sectors reliant on information systems, including banking, insurance, healthcare, automotive, finance, and telecommunications.

The office is located in Almada, and the working model is flexible hybrid.

It is a 6-month project with real possibilities of extending over time.

Responsabilities:

• Actively participate in the implementation of DevOps projects, ensuring the quality,

automation and efficiency of deliveries.

• Contributing to the integration of tools and processes that support DevOps and CI/CD

practices in the project.

• Work in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to align technical and business objectives.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to solving problems and making improvements to the

development cycle.

• Autonomous professional with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and frameworks.
• Experience or interest in working with cutting-edge technologies and optimised development and delivery processes.
• Good communication, organisational and teamwork skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar fields.
• Previous experience with DevOps tools and practices preferred, such as:
• ArgoCD
• GitHub and GitHub Actions
• Jenkins
• Azure DevOps or other similar tools.
• Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and process automation.
• Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken)
• Advanced level of English (min B2)
• Availability to start in February 2025
• Salary range: around 26€/hour
