About The Role

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to drive quality assurance for Web3 applications, with a strong focus on wallet interactions, swaps, onramps, DeFi transactions and iGaming integrations. In this role, you will establish testing processes that ensure seamless smart contract interactions, secure transactions, and robust Web3 integrations. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement scalable testing strategies across manual and automated frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and optimize QA processes to ensure reliability, security, and scalability in Web3 applications.
• Design and execute test cases for swaps, onramps, offramps, token approvals, staking, and cross-chain interactions, and blockchain-powered iGaming features.
• Develop automation for blockchain transactions, covering smart contract interactions, gas optimizations, and network-specific behaviors.
• Build test suites for integrations with Web3 providers, aggregators, onramps, and iGaming platforms.
• Collaborate with engineers to embed testing into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring rapid and safe releases.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to blockchain finality, failed transactions, and gas fee estimations.
• Act as the quality advocate within the engineering team, driving best practices for blockchain and iGaming test automation.
  
  

About You

• 5+ years of QA experience, including at least 2 years specifically focused on wallets.
• Strong expertise in testing smart contract interactions, DeFi protocols, and Web3 APIs.
• Hands-on experience with wallet testing, including Web3 wallet integrations, WalletConnect, and embedded wallet solutions.
• Familiarity with DEX trading, liquidity pools, swaps, and fiat-to-crypto ramps.
• Proficiency in automated testing frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
• Experience with API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Ethereum (EVM), Layer 2 solutions, and blockchain RPC testing.
• Comfortable working in an agile environment with TDD/BDD methodologies.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated test execution, and monitoring.

• Experience testing multi-chain interactions, gas optimizations, and MEV resistance mechanisms.
• Background in Fireblocks custody solutions or other institutional-grade wallet services.
