Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a talented and passionate Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. Your work will have an instant impact on the design and development of our product, helping us create seamless, intuitive and visually stunning digital experiences that drive success and satisfaction. Reporting to our CPO, you will collaborate closely with our Tech team to ensure our solutions are user-friendly and aligned with our brand image. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Redesign: Lead the redesign of our app, dashboard, website, and product interfaces to improve usability and visual appeal.
- Design and Prototype: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to translate concepts into intuitive user experiences.
- User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions.
- Collaborate: Work closely with developers, data engineers, and marketing analysts to support the design and implementation of our brand image.
- Iterate: Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience.
- Optimize: Ensure our apps, dashboard, website, and product interfaces are optimized for maximum speed and ease of use.
- Maintain: Assist in the maintenance and improvement of existing features, ensuring consistency and usability across all platforms.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and work (mobile app projects are a plus).
- Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, among others.
- Design Principles: Strong knowledge of interaction design principles, usability, and accessibility.
- User Research: Ability to conduct and interpret user research and usability testing.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within established deadlines.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with responsive design best practices. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript and other front-end technologies is a plus.
- Languages: Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
