Middle DevOps Engineer (AWS)

We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team!

You'll be working at the international projects for a company-provider of an audit, consulting and financial advisory from the USA.

The project: a comprehensive in-house solution capable of collecting meta data about the contacts from various sources in order to transform this data into meaningful insights on what the current state of the relationships between certain contacts is, what dynamic of the relationships in the future will be, and what steps should be taken to strengthen the relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively collaborate with the development team to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient application delivery;
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code using ARM templates for the AWS cloud environment;
  • Implement and manage containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for scalable and portable deployments;
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring their availability, performance, and security;
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and management tasks using scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python);
  • Close cooperation with cross-functional teams to identify and address system integration challenges;
  • Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to integrate AI solutions into enterprise products.


Requirements

  • 2+ year of experience working in a DevOps role;
  • Proficient understanding of Git and Git flow;
  • Hands on experience with Infrastructure as Code, Amazon AWS, AWS Cloud Formation templates;
  • Good understanding of Cloud Applications Architecture and components

○ AWS Compute (EC2, ECS, Lambda)

○ S3

○ AWS Database

○ AWS Security & Identity

○ AWS Resource Management (Auto Scaling, CloudWatch)

  • Networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, Load-balancers, VNet, PKI (TLS), network security, etc);
  • Experience with YAML build pipelines, PowerShell and Bash scripting;
  • Experience with Docker and Docker-compose (can be replaced with Experience with virtualization and containerization;
  • Experience with migrating complex infrastructure solutions to the AWS cloud;
  • Good understanding of Cloud Applications Architecture and components: Add Route53,ECR,EKS;
  • Hands on experience with designing High Availability system (Disaster Recovery strategies, Failover, Backups, etc.);
  • Experience with designing CI/CD pipelines (SDLC, canary deployment etc.);
  • Experience with virtualization and containerization;
  • English — Upper Intermediate, strong communication and collaboration skills.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with Python;
  • Experience with Azure cloud.
  • Relevant certifications in AWS cloud or DevOps;
  • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies;
