Business Analyst (100% Remote within Spain)

🔎 What we look for?

We are looking for Business Analyst with at least 4 years of experience for a project with an important client from the banking sector. High english level is required.

100% remote position for people located in Spain.

⚙ Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with the business for requirements.
• Work with IT architecture, security, platforms and other deliver functions, ensuring the completion of all documentation related to the IT delivery, including all mandatory audit documentation.
• Ensure testing is sufficient for the requirements.
• Good communication is essential.
• Work with the various IT providers in areas such as Architecture and Platforms and also working with Group for developments and integrations.

💡 Mandatory requirements:

• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to liaise with senior stakeholder and communicate complex issues in a simple way.
• Experience in working in both agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Organizational and time management skills, needs to be also autonomous and have leadership.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interpersonal skills and developing relationships with other team members;
• Active listening.
• Able to discuss requirements in business and technical terms (technical awareness will need to be demonstrated).
• Ability to lead requirements sessions with stakeholders including senior management.
• Bachelor degree in Management / Computer Science / Information Technology or a related field.
• Waterfall Methodologies (the team the candidate will be joining works predominantly with Waterfall so this is a MUST).
• Technical awareness (particularly in architecture and sign-on arenas).
• Ability to follow a project through governance processes.
• Management and support of in-house systems once implemented (BAU) including issue support, upgrades, and audit requirements.
• High English and Spanish level (B2+/C1)

• Financial Services industry experience
