• Project Management & Implementation – Oversee the execution of IT projects with a focus on Guidewire, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Strategic Advisory & Coaching – Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, helping them align project goals with best practices on a standardized platform.
• Agile & Change Management – Leverage agile methodologies and effective change management strategies to maximize efficiency and drive impactful business results.
• Collaboration & Innovation – Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new solutions, addressing both technical and business challenges.

🏅 About you!

• Proven Experience – Several years of experience leading and implementing complex IT projects within an agile environment.
• Deep Insurance Industry Knowledge – Extensive expertise in the insurance sector, with in-depth experience using Guidewire products.
• Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills – Fluent in both German and English, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Solution-Oriented Mindset – A passion for tackling challenging customer requirements and seamlessly integrating them into standardized products.
