Senior Product Designer

Your Background

As an experienced Interaction Designer, you have a deep understanding of consumer products and mobile applications. You have worked on large-scale projects within complex organizations, seamlessly navigating digital product ecosystems. With an outcome-driven mindset, you collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and leadership teams, ensuring a user-centric approach to design. In environments where UX maturity is evolving, you serve as a strong advocate for user-centered design, influencing strategy and shaping product vision. Additionally, you actively mentor and support fellow designers, ensuring that digital experiences align with both user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine user interactions to enhance usability and accessibility.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to create seamless, high-quality experiences.
• Support and guide Product Managers in planning and prioritizing features based on user insights and business objectives.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that align with both business and user needs.
• Work with visual design elements—deep graphical skills are not required but are appreciated.
• Apply or expand knowledge of accessibility standards (such as WCAG) to ensure inclusive design.
• Provide constructive design critique and feedback to colleagues as part of the UX team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in interaction design, UX design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of usability principles and user-centered design methodologies.
• Experience with graphical design elements (e.g., UI design, icons, layout) is a plus.
• Familiarity with accessibility regulations, such as WCAG, is a merit.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to lead and conduct UX research to inform design decisions and future developments.
