  • Minimum of 10+ years of overall IT experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence & Reporting (any reporting tools like Power BI, Qlik or Tableau)
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Power BI
  • Minimum of 3+ years in gathering requirements directly from business and elicitation of requirement (through presentations, user stories, functional mapping documents)
  • Strong UI/UX skills, which presents the story in right manner and help business in taking right decisions
  • Strong data modeling & schematic modeling skills
  • Good understanding of Data warehouse and cloud (any of Azure/AWS/Google)
  • Best practices w.r.t Security handling in Power BI
  • Basics of Data engineering, able to work closely with data engineers and get task accomplished. Have a good understanding of what backend data engineers does
  • Basic power BI administration skills
  • Customer handling and soft skills are mandatory
  • Profile who have caught up with recent trend MS Fabric will be given preference
