About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Tech Lead to drive the development of our cutting-edge SaaS product. You’ll play a crucial role in architecting, developing, and scaling our platform, ensuring high performance and reliability.

As a key member of our leadership team, you'll work in a fast-paced start-up environment, collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to build innovative solutions.

If you have a background in simulations, digital twins, or the offshore industry, that’s a huge plus!

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development of our C#-based SaaS platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
• Architect and design cloud-native solutions, leveraging microservices and modern DevOps practices
• Guide and mentor a talented engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software at speed
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and best practices, continuously improving our stack

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience with C#/.NET, preferably in SaaS or cloud-based applications
• Experience leading development teams in a start-up or fast-moving tech environment
• Strong background in cloud computing (Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure-as-code
• Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Bonus points for experience with simulations, digital twins, or offshore industry applications
