As a Senior Product Designer you are the voice of the user, ensuring our products are both usable and effective while supporting our business goals. This role is embedded within our Product Design team and collaborates closely with Product Management and Development from ideation to launch. Guided by empathy, you help shape the future of our user experience, meticulously crafting valuable solutions that delight our customers.

The impact you'll have:

• Understand the problem space: Conduct research in collaboration with Product Management to understand user needs, behaviors, pain points, and motivations related to the problem space. Communicate insights in a clear and compelling way to influence solution decisions. Maintain a laser focus on customer needs, expectations and evolving markets to build and deliver quality solutions
• Design solutions: Be involved in all aspects of product development, working closely with product managers, developers, and other teams. Create simple, beautiful, and intuitive user experiences that delight our users and add value to our customers. Observe customers interacting with existing solutions or prototypes to identify areas of friction and uncover usability issues to steer your solutions in the right direction. Contribute to the overall architecture of the platform experience and of our product offerings
• Help to develop a product and design first culture: Be an advocate for great product experiences across all teams at Axonify. We want everyone to value and understand the role of design. Champion the design tools and processes that help us make good decisions and build impactful products. Contribute to improving processes, increasing team efficiency, improving customer experiences, and provide feedback on behalf of the customer to the product team

• You are an experienced designer with the ability to execute on all phases of the design process
• You think in terms of outcomes, validation, constant iteration and are great at simplifying complexity
• You examine all processes critically and are always thinking of how to improve
• You are curious about the problems of the deskless workforce and have the grit and determination to solve them
