Responsibilities:
Core Project Management & Governance
- Lead end-to-end project management of various initiatives, including meticulous tracking of timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate and manage key meetings and workgroups, ensuring clear agenda, follow-ups, and action tracking
- Serve as key secretariat for different meeting cadences, coordinating requirements and following up with stakeholders to ensure completion
- Drive and track resolution of various issues, maintaining clear documentation and status updates
- Assist in regular governance status review covering security compliance and project audit
- Support in events like Auditor-General's Office (AGO) audits
- Manage funding and budget planning for GCC Programme
- Lead procurement of ICT products and services, ensuring delivery within timeline and budget
- Administer project funding and grants, including monitoring and reviewing
- Review proposals from suppliers/contractors
- Review, clarify and negotiate business terms with suppliers
- Monitor and track project expenses
- Manage vendor services and contracts to meet business requirements
- Drive innovation on work processes
- Ensure proper documentation of projects and related issues
- Asset tracking and management (e.g. software licences, hardware and cloud subscriptions)
- Sustainability management (e.g. carbon emission and power requirement modelling)
- Understand and advise on government procurement policies while meeting project needs
- Identify potential procurement risks, implications, and propose mitigating measures
- Any other duties that may be assigned
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong project management experience with proven track record in monitoring and tracking
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to manage expectations effectively
- Strong organisational and meticulous attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (e.g. Charts, Pivot table and Vlookup) for tracking cases/issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge in Government Instruction Manual (IM) on Procurement and Finance
- Experience with GeBIZ system
- Familiarity with AGO's GovTech Quality Assurance Framework (QAF)
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn new skills
- Agile mindset and adaptability to change
