Agile Coach

Our client, global company that manufactures and sells consumer products for personal care, health, and hygiene, is looking for someone to join their team as an Agile Coach. This role is fully remote.

*This is a 6 month W2 contract*

In this role, you will work alongside the Senior Product Manager to lead DTS to transform into a customer focused, outcome driven organization by adopting product management and Agile best practices. The role will provide coaching to Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, as well as leaders on adopting product, Agile mindset, and execution.

What You Will Be Doing

• Be a part of the Agile Center of Enablement and help build the deep, institutional capability required to become a truly Agile organization.
• Determine how to scale agile beyond the individual team or departmental level and use the right scaling model to drive adoption.
• Partner with leaders for the identification of organizational and development
• Drive OKR (Objectives and Key Results) workshops with the Business stakeholders, Product Management Team, IT Leadership, and the Agile Delivery Teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of similar experience
• Working in an Agile Software Delivery Environment Experience with Agile Teams, Scrum Teams, Kanban teams, Agile Release Trains, and Product Teams
• Experience of full product life cycle management of a digital product from idea to launch and maintenance.
• Experience developing and deploying global methodologies in a large organization.
• Product management tools such as Aha!, Jira Align, Jira Portfolio or Rally
