Senior Data Scientist Engineer – GenAI & LLMs

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist Engineer with over 4 years of experience, specializing in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), to join our innovative team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge machine learning models to address complex business challenges across diverse sectors.

Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models (including generative AI and LLMs) to solve complex problems.
• Evaluate feasibility and complexity of machine learning solutions based on state-of-the-art industry standards and market trends.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Guide and mentor junior machine learning engineers, sharing your expertise in AI/ML.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, and AI.

Required Qualifications:

• MSc. or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of proven experience in designing and deploying machine learning solutions.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI, including prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and deployment.
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies like Scrum.
• Strong expertise in Python and machine learning frameworks.
• Solid understanding of machine learning models, metrics, and both classical and deep learning algorithms.
• Background in IT consulting is a plus.
