Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Liquidity Management, Virtual Account Management, and Payments Product Applications within the Cash Management domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Development:
• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for liquidity management, virtual account management, and payments solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new product features and enhancements.
• Ensure products meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Project Management:
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch support.
• Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Monitor product performance and analyze key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and address product issues and opportunities for optimization.
• Prepare and present regular reports on product performance and progress.
• Implementation Support:
• Provide implementation support for new product deployments, ensuring smooth transitions and integrations.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to address implementation challenges and ensure successful product rollouts.
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Presales:
• Support the sales team in presales activities, including product demonstrations, presentations, and proposal development.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor product solutions accordingly.
• Participate in client meetings and discussions to provide product expertise and address technical queries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in product management, with a focus on liquidity management, virtual account management, and payments product applications.
• Strong understanding of cash management solutions and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in product management tools and software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with SWIFT messaging and payment systems.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration with cash management solutions.
