The Role
Responsible for ensuring Driva’s platform remains reliable, up-to-date, and responsive to the evolving needs of our customers and business. The role covers a wide range of responsibilities, from maintaining accurate pricing and lender options, managing rules that support decision-making, and overseeing integrations with key tools, to ensuring the smooth syncing of data across various services and products. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and technical problem-solver who can drive the product vision and coordinate across teams to deliver a seamless, customer-centric platform experience that aligns with Driva’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Platform Maintenance and Stability: Ensure the ongoing stability and reliability of Driva’s platform, managing regular updates and health checks to keep all features, integrations, and systems functioning effectively and up-to-date.
- Pricing and Partner Management: Oversee updates to pricing and lender information, ensuring that changes are implemented accurately and align with business requirements.
- Decision-Making and Business Rules: Manage and refine the platform's decision-making rules to improve lead qualification, customer insights, and overall effectiveness, adapting these rules as needed to stay aligned with market changes.
- CRM Integration: Act as the primary point of contact for customer relationship management (CRM) system-related developments, ensuring data flows smoothly and remains accessible to teams like sales and customer support.
- Communication Platform Management: Oversee the configuration and updates of our customer communication system, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer support experience.
- Service Integrations: Coordinate integrations across various services and products, handling data synchronisation and storage solutions to ensure all components work seamlessly together. Prepare for the future onboarding of additional tools to enhance functionality.
- Feature Enhancements and Usability: Drive regular updates to existing features to improve usability and customer satisfaction, incorporating feedback to make necessary adjustments that deliver a better user experience.
- Strategic Roadmap and Backlog Prioritisation: Develop a strategic roadmap and prioritised backlog that balances engineering capacity with business goals, focusing on both new features and critical maintenance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of product updates
Qualification, skills and experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in product design, engineering, or a related field
- Proven success in managing the entire product development lifecycle, with a strong focus on platform management and day-to-day (BAU) operations
- High capability in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, especially across engineering, sales, and customer support
- Familiarity with rules-based systems, CRM platforms, and data synchronisation practices
- Exceptional communication, writing, and documentation skills for effective collaboration
- Demonstrated analytical abilities to conduct user research, understand customer needs, and deliver value-oriented product improvements
