Lovisa Opportunity
This role is an opportunity for someone starting their career in HR or have at least 1-2 years in a HR Administration position.
- 6-Month Fixed Contract
- Full-Time Monday-Friday
- Onsite at the Hawthorn Support Centre (hybrid not available)
- Roles is Classified under Clerks-Private Sector Award 2020 as Level 3.
The Role:
The People and Talent Coordinator is responsible for the preparation of global employment contracts and managing the onboarding process for Lovisa store teams, along with the provision of effective and efficient administrative support to the wider People and Talent team.
The People and Talent Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Setting up new store team, deactivating team, adding and changing locations/areas
- Onboarding of new team members.
- Create/Upload Store contracts and change of contracts as per requests
- Update, maintain contracts register and ensure signed contracts returned in a timely manner
- Maintain admin filing system - contract and position descriptions to personnel files
- LOLA account management – setting up new team, deactivating team, adding and changing locations/areas
- Weekly reports on New Team/ Promotions/ Demotions
- Allocation of POS numbers for global team
- Maintaining HR Zendesk daily
- Any other additional tasks as required by the People and Talent Business Partner and Chief People Officer
Required skillset and attributes:
- Proven ability to plan, organize and deliver results on time in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage from end-end onboarding within timelines
- Demonstrated understanding of customer experience and ability to build productive relationships with both internal and external customers
- Sound administrative and accuracy skills
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
- Positive and proactive can-do attitude
- Personal professional presentation standards
- Resourceful and innovative
- High level of integrity and accountability
- Ability to adapt to change
- Moderate to advanced skill in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint systems
