Game Release Specialist

As a Game Release Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind smooth and successful game launches and updates. Your expertise in roadmap maintenance, testing, and quality assurance will ensure players get the best experience every time.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll tackle challenges head-on, swiftly resolving issues and optimizing the release process. Your passion for gaming and precision in execution will help shape the success of our titles.

✍️ Your daily tasks will be

• Maintain and update game roadmaps to ensure timely releases of new games and update information on existing ones
• QA of new games prior to release
• Work closely with game providers and assist in gathering assets for creation of thumbnails and backgrounds
• Monitor game performance and player feedback to identify and address any issues or bugs in a timely manner
• Cooperate with Product Management and Quality Assurance Teams
• Keep detailed documentation on all games, including their features, updates, and any issues that have been identified and resolved
• Continuously stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in game development to ensure that the company’s games are of the highest quality and remain competitive in the market
  
  

✔️ What we expect from you

• Proactive, can-do attitude and customer-focused mindset
• Excellent level of verbal and written English
• A team player and strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills
• 1-3 years of experience as technical support, application engineer or similar technical position is an advantage but not a requirement
• Good technical level of understanding of technology infrastructure and business operations
• Think out of the box, be a creative thinker
• Understanding of gambling game fundamentals is a plus
• Confidence in Photoshop/other photo editors is a plus
