Supplier Operations Specialist (Hub88)

As a Supplier Operations Specialist, you will ensure our products work outside our office walls and on other platforms. You will be the initial point of contact for customers with support and integration questions, so we are looking for someone who can think out of the box and be creative while finding scalable and efficient solutions, and always has a clear answer - or can find one!

✍️ Your daily tasks will be

• Coordinate, configure, onboard and support internal and external clients integrated to our platforms.
• Work directly with internal game providers to configure new game releases and assist in maintaining the release roadmap.
• Cooperate with Product Management and Quality Assurance Teams.
• Assisting with documentation related to processes, configurations and partner information and requirements.
• Responding to and resolving external and internal queries and incidents in a timely manner.
• Investigating, logging and resolving identified issues and performing routine follow ups of escalated issues until resolution.
• Report and escalate any potential fraud or security issues.
  
  

✔️ What we expect from you

• Pragmatic approach to problem solving.
• Attention to detail and precision.
• Excellent level of verbal and written English.
• A team player and strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, can-do attitude and customer-focused mindset.
• 1-3 years of experience as technical support, application engineer or similar technical position is a plus.
• Understanding of casino game fundamentals is a plus.
• Confidence with Excel/Google Sheets is a plus.
