Senior Agile Coach – 12 months Contract – Central Paris, France

Hybrid – 3 days on site, 2 day remote

Must be fluent in French with a good command on English

Required:- Senior Agile Team Coach. Senior Scrum. Kanban Medior. ScrumBan Medior. Agile@scale (Nexus, Spotify…) Nice to have. Senior Facilitation. Jira, Confluence, Miro Senior. KPI DORA / Accelerate. LEAN Medior. Culture Product by Value Medior. Jira Admin Nice to have. Bac 3 training, with less than 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

Objectives And Deliverables

Senior Agile Coach goals and deliverables:

My client is looking for 2 Agile Coaches. As an Agile Coach you will be responsible for helping a Squad or an individual to adopt and improve agile methods and practices. The Agile Coach accompanies the Squad in its journey towards agility, in its autonomy, its self-organization. It supports transformation at both the organizational and human levels.

The Senior Agile Coach Must In Particular

• Teach squads agile methods and new, more collaborative professional practices.
• Develop the Squad and make it aware of new working methods.
• Help Squads apply agile and lean thinking to their specific environments and problems.
• Support the Squads in adapting the methodology to their environment and in questioning the existing environment.
• The Senior Agile Coach is part trainer embedded in the Squads and part consultant (consulting dimension).
• Share knowledge and skills and encourage the personal and professional development of Squads.
• Initiate and support change in people and Squads.
• Create a healthy space to facilitate exchanges and allow the emergence of ideas, innovations and discussions between
• collaborators.
• Challenge the vision of the Agile Coach team and the organization
• Participate in the OKR approach of the Delivery & Performance team.
• Support squads in monitoring performance
• Participate in the Agile Cop
  
  
  

Senior Agile Coach Required Skills

• The Senior Agile Coach is able to adapt his posture according to the context (Coach, Mentor, Advisor, Trainer, Facilitator)
• Knowledge of the main agile frameworks in particular Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban (Nexus, Scrum of Scrum and other frameworks is a plus)
• Appetite for delivery and a product culture oriented towards value creation.
• The Agile Coach demonstrates a capacity for adaptation, a constant desire to learn and share his skills.
• Understanding of performance indicators (Dora, Lean, Scrum)
• The Agile Coach is a force for proposals on continuous improvement issues.
• The Agile Coach knows the issues as well as the challenges (ambiguity, constraints) that may be encountered.
• The Agile Coach is recognized for his strategic vision and his servant leadership.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Miro, Mural – Jira Administration is a plus.
